AOI is designed to automatically inspect PCB assemblies for soldering defects, missing components, polarity errors, and other surface issues after printing or placement. It uses high-resolution industrial cameras and advanced image processing algorithms to ensure high accuracy and fast inspection speeds.

  • Stable hardware structure ensures the stability of the equipment. The frame platform and gantry are welded together and then processed by a milling machine to ensure overall accuracy.
  • High-resolution image processing system: 5-megapixel industrial high-speed color camera, with telecentric lens, can capture clear images with distinct colors to ensure stable detection. It also provides a variety of resolutions such as 10um and 15um to meet the customer's product diversity and detection speed requirements.
  • Accurate positioning methods, including reference point positioning + pad positioning + component positioning + template positioning, make the detection effect more accurate, with fewer false alarms, and can easily deal with deformed boards or FPC flexible boards.
  • Powerful false soldering detection algorithm uses vector feature algorithm and logic algorithm to analyze and calculate multiple feature points, ensuring effective detection of false soldering of chip components, false soldering of ICs, and defective products with lifted leads.
  • Powerful process statistical analysis function (SPC): A complete and diverse SPC tool allows users to monitor production problems in real time, with detailed classification statistics for false alarms and defects, providing operators with strong quality control support, allowing users to see at a glance.
  • Labor-saving, unmanned smart factory solution. Data can be exchanged with upstream and downstream equipment (buffer, OK/NG board receiver), and one machine can also be used for multiple machines.
  • The repeatability of the equipment is <10% (4Sigma).
