The 8th LED MIDDLE EAST EXPO 2026 successfully concluded in Cairo, Egypt, from August 20 to 22, 2026.
Traveling more than 8,000 kilometers from Shenzhen to Cairo, Shenzhen ETON Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (ETON) brought the HT-E8S-1200 Magnetic Levitation Multi-Function High-Speed Pick-and-Place Machine and the T9-2S Ultra-High-Speed Dual-Track Pick-and-Place Machine to the exhibition.
Over the three-day event, the ETON booth welcomed customers and industry partners from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Kenya, and other countries and regions.
Customers stopped to watch the machines in operation and discuss their production needs with ETON engineers. The technical team engaged in face-to-face discussions covering placement accuracy, production efficiency, changeover capability, component compatibility, and production line planning.
This was more than a product showcase. It was an opportunity to connect ETON with the manufacturing market in the Middle East.

HT-E8S-1200 | Flexible Production Meets High-Speed Placement
The HT-E8S-1200 features a magnetic levitation linear motor drive system, with a maximum placement speed of 45,000 CPH.
It supports PCB sizes up to 1,200 × 350 mm and handles a wide range of components, including LED beads, capacitors, resistors, ICs, and odd-form components, with component sizes down to 0402.
With both group-pick-and-split-placement and individual-pick-and-placement modes, the HT-E8S-1200 can adapt to different products and production requirements, including LED lighting, power supplies, circuit boards, and home appliance control boards.
During discussions at the booth, customers paid particular attention to its practical capabilities in high-mix production, quick changeovers, and handling different combinations of components.

T9-2S | A High-Speed Solution for High-Volume Production
If the HT-E8S-1200 represents a balance between flexibility and efficiency, the T9-2S takes high-speed production to another level.
Featuring ETON's group-pick-and-group-placement patented technology, the T9-2S reaches a maximum placement speed of 500,000 CPH in dual-sided configuration and 250,000 CPH in single-sided configuration.
Its dual-track structure combines magnetic linear motors with servo motor drive technology, while automatic missing-component detection and replenishment functions support high-volume, high-efficiency production, particularly for LED strip applications.
During the live high-speed demonstration, the T9-2S attracted considerable attention from visitors.
Many customers engaged with the ETON team about actual production capacity, dual-track operation, and efficiency in high-volume manufacturing.
